Insurance Plans Accepted at the Hyperhidrosis Center of Excellence

Here at the Hyperhidrosis Center of Excellence, we gladly accept all PPO plans (Preferred Provider Organizations) and will work closely with your healthcare provider to decipher your benefits and coverage. PPO plans allow flexibility in selecting a healthcare provider and facility, and are therefore preferred by most of our patients. We accept the following PPOs:

For those patients who have a plan not previously listed or who do not have a current healthcare provider, we offer competitive cash discounts. Our billing department can also help determine individualized payment arrangements for patients without insurance.

Fees and Payment Arrangements

For each procedure performed at the Hyperhidrosis Center of Excellence, multiple services may be necessary to achieve the highest quality patient care. These additional services are then factored into the total cost of care. The Hyperhidrosis Center of Excellence charges an initial facility fee, then adds any applicable surgeon, anesthesiologist, consulting physician, and laboratory fees into the overall procedure cost. These additional fees may vary based on procedure.

Patients receiving treatment at our advanced outpatient center are responsible for all payments regarding their procedure.  For individuals with health insurance, we ask that you pay your expected deductible and any co-pays prior to your operation. We accept cash, personal checks, (co-pay ONLY), VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. We then bill your insurance company for the remaining balance.
